Bio: With over two decades of experience in Indonesia’s high-end tourism sector, Dewi is the visionary behind Best Liveaboard Komodo Atelier. Her career began managing luxury resorts in Bali and Lombok, before transitioning to bespoke travel design. Dewi’s intimate knowledge of the Indonesian archipelago, particularly the Lesser Sunda Islands, combined with her strategic acumen from Juara Holding Group, ensures that our offerings are not only luxurious but also deeply authentic and culturally respectful. She personally vets every liveaboard partner and ensures our operations adhere to the highest standards set by Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif.
Budi Santoso, Head of Operations & Logistics
Credentials: Master Mariner (ANT-I), Certified Marine Safety Officer (ISM Code), Advanced First Aid & CPR, Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Bio: Budi is the backbone of our operational excellence. A native of Flores, he possesses an unparalleled understanding of the Komodo waters, local regulations, and maritime safety protocols. With a background as a captain on luxury phinisi vessels for over 15 years, Budi ensures seamless coordination of all liveaboard movements, land transfers, and emergency preparedness. He works closely with Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Laut and AirNav Indonesia to guarantee the safety and efficiency of all our guest movements, from arrival at Komodo Airport (LBJ) to every dive site. His meticulous attention to detail is legendary among our partners.
Dr. Anya Wijaya, Lead Marine Biologist & Conservation Advisor
Credentials: Ph.D. in Marine Biology (University of Queensland), Research Fellow at Coral Triangle Center, PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT).
Bio: Dr. Anya is our resident expert on Komodo’s incredible biodiversity. Her extensive research on coral reef ecosystems and megafauna in the Komodo National Park provides our guests with invaluable insights into the underwater world. Putu Dharma, Senior Concierge & Guest Relations Manager

Rudi Hartono, Fleet & Vessel Audit Specialist
